Openinghours during other holidays
We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on:
- Good Friday;
- May 5th ('Bevrijdingsdag');
- the day after Ascension.
On 'Sinterklaas'-eve December 5th we close at 3 p.m.

'Mijn Loket' is open 365 days a year and 24 hours a day!
You need a 'DigiD' or 'eHerkenning' account to log in to Mijn Loket. In Mijn Loket, you can:
- Change your postal address, telephone number or email address.
- View an overview of the tax assessments in your name.
- Download your tax assessments.
- See how much you still have to pay.
- Pay in one go.
- Set up payment in instalments.
- Lodge an objection. For example, if you think the tax assessment is incorrect.
- Request remission.
- Add additional information to your request for remission.
- File a complaint.
